If there is an issue with the product from our end, then we can replace the product or refund your money, but there is some useful information for our customers.

  • The condition of the product must be the same
  • After receiving the faulty product, must ship the product within 7 working days
  • Insured courier service is acceptable
  • All custom made and special orders are not refundable
  • Worn products are non-refundable
  • Altered products are non-refundable
  • Shipment charges are Non-refundable
  • We will pay within 7 days after receiving the product
  • The customer will pay the return charges
